Terms and Conditions

  1. The promo is open to all EastWest Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) in good credit standing.*
  2. Promo period is from October 1 to December 31, 2016.
  3. Cardholders can enjoy the following discounts for online delivery orders worth at least Php500 by using their EastWest Credit Card at www.foodpanda.ph or the foodpanda Mobile App during the promo period and the correct Promo Voucher Code.

  4. The Promotion is open only to participating foodpanda online food vendors that are under the category “Accepts Vouchers”.
  5. To avail of the discount, the Cardholder must follow these steps:
    1. Log-on to http://www.foodpanda.ph or download the foodpanda Mobile/Smartphone App.
    2. Sign up for a or log in to your foodpanda Account.
    3. Enter name of City and your exact address and the restaurant list will appear
    4. Filter list by clicking restaurants that “Accept Vouchers” and pick desired restaurant
    5. Start ordering and once done, click “Proceed to Checkout”
    6. Key in the correct Promo Voucher Code
    7. Select mode of payment. For credit card payment, click on “Pay Now” then “Online Payment” and enter your EastWest Credit Card details to complete order.
  6. Once order has been completed, the Cardholder will receive confirmation text message from foodpanda and then subsequent confirmation text message once the order has been received by the chosen food vendor.
  7. The discount cannot be applied retroactively. The offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other discount promotions offered by foodpanda. Only one (1) Promo Voucher Code may be entered per transaction. FOOD PANDA reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from abuse of Promo Voucher Codes or fraudulent transactions.
  8. For any concern or inquiry regarding the offer, Cardholders may contact foodpanda’s customer service via their live chat facility at www.foodpanda.ph or email them at support@foodpanda.ph.
  9. The Cardholder shall hold EastWest, its stockholders, directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives free and harmless from any and all claims, losses and damages which the Cardholder may suffer as a result of or in connection with their 1) use of the foodpanda Website/Mobile App or 2) purchase or consumption of food/items ordered thru foodpanda.
  10. Ordering of goods or services at www.foodpanda.ph or via the foodpanda Mobile/Smartphone App shall be governed by the standard delivery service Terms and Conditions of FOOD PANDA Philippines as found in www.foodpanda.ph.
  11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, including, but not limited to, this terms and conditions.
  12. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of foodpanda and EastWest shall be conclusive with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards
