On Rewards Points:

For SCB Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders:
Your SCB 360° Rewards Points have been automatically transferred to your EastWest Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card. You can use your EastWest Infinite Rewards Points to redeem Infinite Rewards Vouchers which you may use to purchase merchandise or exchange for gift certificates at partner merchants. You may also use your points to redeem PAL Mabuhay Miles, Asia Miles and Cash Rebates.

For SCB Classic and Gold Credit Cardholders:
Your SCB 360° Rewards Points have been automatically converted to EastWest Credit Cards’ Limitless Rewards Points with the same valuation as with your SCB Rewards Points. Factor rates have been used to compute for your Limitless Rewards Points. To illustrate:

Upon conversion to EastWest, you have 1,791 Limitless Rewards Points which also allows you to redeem Php500 worth of gift certificates from the EastWest Credit Cards’ Limitless Rewards Program. Your SCB 360O Rewards Points have been converted to a lower absolute points amount but you are still able to get the same value.

All EZ Bills enrollments of Supplementary SCB Credit Cards are reflected under the Principal EastWest Credit Card. EZ Bills transactions are excluded from earning rewards points.

Important note: If you have any auto-charge payment arrangement enrolled directly with a utility company, merchant and/or insurance provider, please re-enroll using your new EastWest Credit Card number to avoid payment disruption.

Your statement date will remain the same as with your SCB Credit Card except for those with statement date that falls on every 7th of the month, which shall be moved to every 8th of the month. Your payment due date will be 24 days after your statement date.

On the credit limits of SCB Credit Cardholders who own multiple SCB Credit Cards:
You have been issued a corresponding EastWest Credit Card for each of your SCB Credit Cards, and each has been given a separate credit limit. Your combined SCB credit limit has been adjusted proportionate to the outstanding balance of each credit card. If you have a Supplementary SCB Credit Card with a sub-limit, this may have also been adjusted.
