To avail of the Online Booking offers, the Cardholder must follow

- Go to Spa Menu.
- Choose category and service/s desired.
- Once done, click "View Cart" to check service/s booked.
- Check service/s and Total Amount for payment, and click "Checkout".
- Fill-out "Basic Information"
- Choose Date & Time of Reservation/Treatment.
- Click "Avail Promo".
- Enter the applicable Promo Code. Discount will be deducted from your
Total Amount for Payment.

- Once payment has been done, a confirmation email will be received together

In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Toccare Spa/Fifth
Season Spa and EastWest shall be conclusive. All questions or
disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall
be resolved by EastWest with prior approval from DTI.
Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
