Up to Php 1,000 OFF on Lazada’s 12.12 All Out Pasko Sale

1. The 16% off, capped at P1,000 OFF at EastWest x Lazada 12.12 All Out Pasko Sale (“Promo”) is open to all Principal and Supplementary EastWest Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder/s") in good credit standing*.

2. Cardholders shall enjoy a 16% off, capped at P1,000 discount (“Offer”) when they use their qualified credit card in Lazada with a minimum required spend of Php 5,000. Valid for 1x use per customer only.

3. Promo Offer can be used once throughout the promo period.

4. Promo Period is from December 11, 2024 8:00PM to December 16, 2024 11:59PM.

5. Purchase must be made on the said dates Philippine time.

6. The Promo is valid on regular and sale items at Lazada.

7. The promo can be availed by collecting the discount voucher on the Promo Page from December 10 - 16, 2024 via Lazada mobile app only.

8. The Promo Offer will apply automatically when the discount voucher has been collected and the eligible EastWest Credit Card is selected as the payment method. The Cardholder must check if discount amount is applied before proceeding to final check-out.

9. Promo Offer is not applicable to digital goods, stores with digital goods product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code).

10. Transaction must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.

11. The Promo is valid at Lazada Philippines Smartphone mobile app only.

12. Qualifying transactions must not be cancelled, fraudulent or reversed once Promo Offer has been credited. Otherwise, EastWest shall have the right to reverse the crediting of the discount.

13. Using of multiple Lazada accounts to avail of the Promo Offer is not allowed and shall be deemed fraudulent.

14. EastWest reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest Credit Card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.

15. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

17. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

18. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

19. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the Cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
