- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (issued either by SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health and GSIS)
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Student ID for students who are not yet of voting age and are beneficiaries of remittance claims, fund transfers or In-Trust-For Funds
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Baranggay Certification
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
- Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID
- Seaman's Book
- Alien Certification Registration / Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- Government Office and GOCC ID .e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFID), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF ID)

- Philhealth Health Insurance Card ng Bayan
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
- Company IDs issued by the private entities for institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP,SEC or IC

- Original and clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- For Guardian or Administrator, or original and clear copy of the Court Order appointing them
Tax-Exempt Individuals
- Notarized Tax Exemption Affidavit executed by the applicant/depositor
- Certification of Tax Exemption issued by Revenue District Office (RDO)
Non-Resident individual and OFW
- Passport
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), Immigrant Certificate of Registration (ICR) for non-citizen of the Philippines
- Contract of Employment for Philippine citizens

Yes. The card application fee is currently at Php 100.
The maximum amount you can load your EastWest Prepaid Card/s is Php 100,000 per month.
Yes. Your card expiry date and month is printed on your EastWest Prepaid Card.
After card expiry, you may apply for card replacement at our store.
You may simply apply for a card replacement to access your remaining funds.
Yes. You may view and reload your prepaid card on the EasyWay app.
You may also transfer funds or pay bills from your EastWest Prepaid Card via the EasyWay App.
No. Reloading your EastWest Prepaid Card via the EasyWay App is free.
You may activate your new EastWest Prepaid Card via Green PIN. Simply follow these steps:
Insert your card into the EastWest ATM card slot.
Confirm that your mobile phone number displayed on the screen is correct.
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP you received, then press “Yes” to proceed.
Create your new 6-digit PIN.
