- Account Opening Instruction Form (signed by all clients)
- Trust Customer Information Form (1 per client)
- Client Suitability Assessment
- Risk Disclosure Statement
- Investment Declaration, if applicable
- Investment Management Agreement
- Investment Policy Statement (for discretionary accounts only)
- Valid ID of all clients
- Letter of Instruction
