1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from January 3 to March 31, 2025.

3. Credit cardholders can enjoy up to 30% discounts on the following items using their qualified EastWest credit card:

   • 30% OFF on Blazing Kebap Feasts

   • 30% OFF on All Desserts

   • 20% OFF on Testi Cappadocia Kebap

   • 20% OFF on Grilled Mixed Kebap

6. The promotion is not valid on all government announced special and non-special holidays, including, but not limited to (in case any more have been announced after the publication of these Terms and Conditions):

   • January 29 – Chinese New Year

   • February 25 – EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary

   • March 1 - Tentative Start of Ramadan

   • March 31 - Eidul-Fitar (Tentative Date)

   • Other holidays that are still working:

     • February 14 - Valentine's Day

7. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

8. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

10. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.

11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

12. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

13. Issues related to the Feta Mediterranean Restaurant transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Feta Mediterranean Restaurant.

14. EastWest makes no representation for Feta Mediterranean Restaurant and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.

15. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

17. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

18. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Feta Mediterranean Restaurant shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
