• Exclusions may apply depending on the country. The personal shopper will inform the cardholder of the details of the exclusions during the service. Cardholders are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees and return costs.

• 16.66% of Tax refund only on Exclusive Virtual Personal Shopper Service in remote selling
