3. Qualified cardholders can avail themselves of the following using their EastWest Mastercard at participating Sign On Electronics, GB Mobile & Accessories and Touch & Type stores:

• FREE Giftaway eGCs worth P2,500 for every single-receipt installment purchase of any Samsung Galaxy S25 series (S25 Ultra, S25+, S25) using an EastWest Mastercard. The minimum spend requirement is Php 50,000 and 0% installment for 24 months to avail of the Giftaway eGCs.

• 0% interest on installment for up to 24 months

4. Qualification and availment of the FREE Php 2,500 Giftaway eGCs:

• EastWest Mastercard cardholder must make a minimum single-receipt installment purchase of Php 50,000. Applicable to any Samsung Galaxy S25 Series handsets only purchased on 0% installment for 24 months term. 

• Eastwest Mastercard cardholder must log the transaction details on the redemption form from participating store where purchase is made.

• Splitting of transactions to get multiple eGCs is not allowed. Each valid credit card is limited to one (1) transaction per store per day. 

• The FREE P2,500 Giftaway eGCs will be sent to the Principal Cardholder’s EastWest registered mobile number within thirty (30) working days after promo period. 

• If a cardholder changes and/or updates his or her mobile number after the qualified transaction has been made, cardholder should inform EastWest Customer Service via (+632) 8888-1700 until March 31, 2025 to update his/her phone number. This also applies to new credit cardholders who have activated their credit card for the first time within the promo period.

• The EastWest Mastercard/s must be active and in good credit standing* at the time of Giftaway eGC sending.

• Promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchange for cash or other gift certificates.

• The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotional offers of EastWest credit cards (including, but not limited to rebates, discounts, spend anywhere, activation promos, etc.). If found to have multiple redemptions, EastWest has the right to charge the cost of the Giftaway eGC that has been awarded to the cardholder’s account.  It has the sole discretion in qualifying the transaction/s of a cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once EastWest determines that the transaction/s is qualified for the Promo, the same transaction/s can no longer be used for another promo, regardless if it meet/s the criteria of the other promo.

• Each Giftaway eGift code shall be valid for sixty (60) days and should thus be redeemed within the said period.  Each Giftaway eGift code may only be used once. For questions or clarifications on the use of Giftaway eGift, Cardholders may e-mail Giftaway Philippines at support@giftaway.ph.

• All terms and conditions relating to the use of Universal Giftaway eGCs redemption indicated in the Giftaway redemption portal shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGCs shall be coursed through the chosen merchant.

• In case of dispute in respect to the Promo including, but not limited to, the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage periods and fulfillment, the decision of EastWest, with the concurrence of DTI shall be final.   All questions or disputes must be raised by the cardholder to EastWest within sixty (60) calendar days from the awarding of the Universal Giftaway eGCs.

6. The 0% interest on installment offer shall apply provided Cardholders pay their Total Statement Balance in full.**

7. 0% interest on installment transactions are subject to EastWest’s credit authorization criteria upon purchase of goods. 

8. The Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account must be active and current at all times. In the event that the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card is suspended, cancelled, or not renewed, or should the Cardholder fail to make payments, breach or violate the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards, the remaining unpaid installment amount, as well as the entire outstanding balance of the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account, shall immediately become due and demandable.

9. In case of partial payment by the Cardholder of the installment amount, the unpaid balance shall incur the usual finance charges imposed on revolving balances in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

10. If the Cardholder pays the installment amount in full per month but has an outstanding or revolving balance on his/her previous/other purchases or installment availments, his/her EastWest Credit Card account shall likewise incur finance charges.

11. In case of pre-termination, the Cardholder agrees to pay an Installment Pre-termination Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500, whichever is higher.

12. Terms and Conditions for Merchant Installment indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Sign On Electronics, GB Mobile and Accessories and Touch & Type with approval from DTI. 

 *Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards. 

 **Each fixed monthly installment forms part of the Total Statement Balance. Should the Cardholder opt to pay only the minimum payment due, this would include only a percentage of the monthly installment. In which case, an interest charge will be imposed in addition to the applicable interest due on the monthly installment.
