Amendments to Unit Investment Trust Fund Declaration of Trust

 

 

Dear Valued Investors, 

 

To ensure that our unit investment trust funds (UITFs) are aligned with regulatory requirements, we had revised our Declarations of Trust / Plan Rules, as approved by the Board of Directors and/or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Please see the updated Plan Rules effective February 28, 2025.

 

The changes include the alignment of termination provisions in accordance with regulations, conversion of weighted portfolio duration to weighted average portfolio life for fixed income funds, change in the benchmark of the EastWest Dollar Intermediate Term Bond Fund, and lowering of the minimum investments for PHP-denominated Funds if account is opened via digital means.
