1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from April 1 to September 30, 2025.

3. EastWest credit cardholders can get up to 20% OFF on their total bill for a minimum spend of ₱2,500 using their qualified EastWest credit card at the following Ramen Wave branches:

4. Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.

5. Promo can be availed from Monday to Friday. 

6. Blackout dates apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

7. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

8. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

12. Issues related to the merchant partner transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by the merchant partner.

13. EastWest makes no representation for the merchant partners and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant partner.

14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

16. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and the merchant partners shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
