1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Elite Credit Cards (“Cardholder/s”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from February 12 to April 30, 2025.
3. To avail of the promo, the Cardholders must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified EastWest Elite credit card during the promo period.

8. Other Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
The offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
Offer is designed for married couples and/or life partners residing in the same city.
Either the cardholder or his/her spouse/partner must be over the age of 28 with maximum age limit of 65 and they are required to participate in the offer together.
Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged to the Cardholders’ account.
Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members, Club Explorer Phuket and Club Explorer Thailand Plus Members, and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
Cardholders can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
Anantara Vacation Club will verify terms and conditions prior to confirming a reservation.
Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for requested attendance and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. Cardholders are requested to participate in the presentation together with his/her spouse or partner.
A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.
Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration fee of our best flexible rate (per night).
All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion with the concurrence of DTI.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
The decision of EastWest and Anantara Vacation Club on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding with the concurrence of DTI.
Only one (1) qualified EastWest Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified.
9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
12. Issues related to the Anantara Vacation Club transaction/s should be directed to and will be resolved by Anantara Vacation Club.
13. EastWest makes no representation for Anantara Vacation Club and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Anantara Vacation Club.
14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

16. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Anantara Vacation Club shall be conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
