7. The rates quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$) and are based on the lowest prevailing rates until 31 October 2025. The rates may still be subject to surcharges due to weekend arrivals, holidays, festivals, and events in your destination. Black-out dates shall apply whenever possible.

8. A minimum of two (2) persons must book this package. A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).

9. The hotel rates are dynamic and are influenced by seasonality and availability. If the featured hotel plans above are not available for your travel period, alternative hotel options may be suggested by our reservations team.

10. The packages are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.

11. The itinerary and activities on this package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.

12. For destinations requiring visas, ETAs, or similar travel documents, passengers are responsible for obtaining them.

13. A full payment must be made when booking this package. Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).

14. Any cancellations made at least forty-five (45) before the departure date are subject to 100% penalty charges; likewise, a full penalty applies to no-show or off-loaded guests (airport-to- airport cases).

15. Complimentary travel services (travel insurance and shared pocket Wi-Fi services) are non- deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.

16. Banks may charge additional fees for using a credit card. Please note that any additional fees on top of our total tour fare are charged by your respective bank, not JTB. JTB will not be liable to cover these charges. The passenger is advised to settle this directly with their respective banks. Likewise, If the passenger cancels after the tour is confirmed, any penalties imposed by the bank for installment plans or credit card payments will be deducted from the payments made by the passenger.

17. Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.

18. This tour package excludes: airline tickets, personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.

19. A signed travel service agreement form must be completed upon confirmation of the booking.

USD 100 Discount & Travel Insurance Upgrade on Selected JTB’s Group Tour Packages

1. Cardholders are entitled to USD 100 Discount & travel insurance upgrade from Php 500K to Php 2.5M on selected JTB’s Group Tour Packages when booked from February 15 ~ May 30, 2025 with travel period specified below.

2. The general tour inclusions of the package are: roundtrip economy airfare with luggage allowance, hotel accommodation with breakfast, roundtrip airport transfers, sightseeing tours and transfers via chartered bus with an English-speaking local guide, & meals and admission as per the itinerary.

3. Payment of the Tour Fare:

1. Initial Payment: Cardholders will be required to make a deposit fee payment for slot reservations of PHP 5,000 per person during the promotion period.
2. Full Payment: Upon confirmation of the tour departure on or before the reservation deadline set forth above, the remaining balance shall be collected to the Cardholder. The discount value of US$ 100 per person shall apply to the final payment.

4. The US Dollar conversion to Philippine Peso (PHP) shall follow the prevailing Airline Forex Rate (ACR) on the date the payment is to be made.

5. The Tour Packages must be booked by a minimum of two (2) person based on twin sharing. Single supplement charges will apply for every tour departure.

6. The Tour Packages require a group size of at least ten (10) or twenty (20) participants depending on the package in order to run the tour departure.

7. If the minimum group size is not met until the reservation deadline as stated above, the tour departure will not proceed. In this case, a full refund of the initial payment, without any penalties or charges, shall be charged back to the Cardholder.

8. The Tour Packages are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.

9. Child rates are available upon request.

10. The itinerary and activities of the Tour Packages are subject to change due to local weather conditions.

11. Airline-related requests such as upgrade to business class seats is limited and is booked on a first- come, first-serve basis. Additional fees on top of the total tour fee shall be settled upon confirmation of the seat reservation.

12. Visa Application: For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents on the prescribed visa submission schedule of the tour package that you will join. JTB Philippines shall provide you with full information regarding the visa services.

1. For single-entry visa holders: if the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must make a visa application anew to join this tour departure. In the event of an inability to obtain the visa for the said tour departure, any payments made will be refunded but applicable fees for guaranteed reservations made by JTB Philippines shall be charged accordingly.
2. In case of denial of the visa application before the confirmed tour departure, any payments made will be refunded but applicable fees for guaranteed reservations made by JTB Philippines shall be charged accordingly.

13. Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:

1. Voluntary Cancellations or withdrawal to join the group tour after the tour departure is confirmed.

10% Discount on Japan’s New Scenic Routes & Popular Day Tours

1. Cardholders are entitled to 10% discount on the following New Scenic Routes & Popular Day Tours from February 15 ~ May 30, 2025 with travel period from April 05, 2025 ~ December 31, 2025.

2. The day tours must be booked by a minimum of two (2) persons.
