EasyBiz Bundle Promo

Promo period: April 1 to December 31, 2025

1. The EastWest EasyBiz Bundle Promo (“Promo”) is open to all new and existing business customers of EastWest Bank that have not enrolled to any of the services listed in Section 4 below.

2. Promo period is from April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (the “Promo Period”).

3. Under the Promo, the Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) requirement for fund transfer services of Php100,000.00 for business customers who will sign-up for the EastWest EasyBiz Bundle Promo during the Promo Period is waived for twelve (12) months upon enrollment. The ADB requirement shall apply after the said 12-month period.

4. To qualify for the Promo, the business customer must enroll to an EasyBiz Bundle. A “Bundle” refers to the combination of at least one Basic Service and one Fund Transfer Service:

a. BASIC SERVICES

1. Account and Transaction Viewing
2. Fund Transfer to Own EastWest Account
3. Corporate Bills Payment
4. eGovernment Payments

b. FUND TRANSFER SERVICES

1. Fund Transfer to Other EastWest Third Party Account
2. Fund Transfer to Other Bank via instaPay
3. Fund Transfer to Other Bank via PESONet

5. If the Customer does not agree to maintain the applicable ADB requirements after the Promo Period, the EasyBiz access can be converted to Account and Transaction Viewing and Fund Transfer to Own EastWest Accounts only. The customer shall need to submit an updated EasyBiz Customer Set-Up Form to their Store of Account to facilitate the conversion of access.

6. All questions or disputes regarding the Customer’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo, including but not limited to, EastWest Business Banking customers’ availment of the Promo, the decision of EastWest with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

7. Terms and conditions indicated in the General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts shall apply.

8. The Promo terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
