Here are a few things to note regarding your new EastWest Gold card:

• Your EastWest Gold card will have a new 16-digit credit card number.
• Your EastWest Gold card will be delivered active and ready for use.  Upon first use of your EastWest Gold credit card, your EastWest Classic credit card will automatically be cancelled.  For your protection, please dispose your old EastWest Classic credit card properly by smashing the chip, cutting the card into pieces and throwing the pieces separately.
• Your signature on the card or actual use thereof signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.  As such, please affix your signature at the back of your new EastWest Gold credit card immediately upon receipt.

For your convenience, we will facilitate the transfer of the following from your EastWest Classic credit card to your new EastWest Gold credit card:

• Account history
• Cycle date & payment due date
• Rewards Points earned
• Installment availments
• Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) enrollment
• Quick Bills enrollments

Please expect delivery of your new EastWest Gold credit card to your registered billing address within 15 days (Metro Manila) or 25 days (outside Metro Manila).
