Advance reservation on rooms is required by calling and confirming with Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive room offer. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through a secured online payment link that will be sent by property.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
9. Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
