Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. Stay period is from April 2, 2024 to April 30, 2025. The offer is not valid on the following blackout dates: Fridays and Saturdays, Declared Holidays; May 1, 2024; June 12, 2024; June 15-17, 2024; August 31, 2024; August 24-26, 2024; November 1-3, 2024; November 30, 2024; December 8, 2024; December 15-31, 2024; January 1-5, 2025; January 23, 2025; January 29, 2025; February 25, 2025; March 1, 2025; March 30-31, 2025; April 9, 2025; and April 13-20, 2025.
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of this offer:

4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming withthe Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive room offer. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through a secured online payment link that will be sent by property.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer must be settled at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
6. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
9. Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
