The promo is open to EastWest JCB Platinum Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.

Promo Period:
Promo runs until March 31, 2025.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Eligible restaurants may change without notice.

2. The set menus, prices and opening hours of each restaurant may change without notice.

3. The set menus listed under “Special Offer” listed on each restaurant's page on www.syotaibiyori.com/site/jcb_platinum_en are eligible for the special offer.

4. Prices include tax.

5. Service fees vary depending on the restaurant.

6. Any drinks and additional food ordered are not included in the eligible set menus.

7. The service may only be used once per person per restaurant during each of the above service periods.

8. For details on how to make a reservation, please refer to “How to Use” on the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

9. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the SYOTAI BIYORI Desk by 7:00 PM JST three days prior to the reserved date (excluding the New Year's holiday).

10. Requests for cancellations or changes made directly to the restaurant will not be accepted.
11. If a prescribed cancellation fee is applied, the cancellation fee will be charged to the JCB card number registered at the time of reservation.

12. The cardmembers themselves must use the service. The service cannot be used if the cardmember who made the reservation does not accompany those using the service.

13. If cardmembers make multiple service reservations and join each other at the restaurant, only one person is eligible for the special offer.

14. The use of the EastWest JCB Platinum Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the EastWest JCB Credit Card.
