Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all EastWest cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing.
  2. Cardholders can avail of great fares and exclusive perks (the “Promo”).
  3. The promo is also open to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using EastWest branded credit cards.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards. 

GREAT PERKS

I. CONVERT-TO-INSTALLMENT for EASTWEST SINGAPORE AIRLINES KRISFLYER MASTERCARD via EastWest Customer Service

  1. The Promo is open to all EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing.*
  2. EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard Cardholders can avail of 6-months 0% Convert-to-Installment (CTI) from 13 February – 5 March 2025. Only purchases and CTI applications received within the said promo period shall be processed. 
  3. The CTI promo allows the Cardholder to convert only his/her new Singapore Airlines (SIA) ticket retail purchases to installment.  Transactions may include purchases from Singapore Airlines through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile app, SIA reservations hotline at +632 8539 4588 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu, and travel agencies forming part of the Cardholder's latest Statement of Account (SOA) and/ or the Cardholder's current unbilled retail transactions.  Cash Advance transactions, monthly amortizations of other installment programs and transactions already forming part of the Cardholder's revolving balance are not eligible for the CTI Promo.
  4. The minimum amount eligible for conversion to installment is Php 50,000.
  5. The Cardholder may be required to submit proof of Singapore Airlines ticket for purchases from travel agencies.

  7. To apply, the Cardholder can call EastWest customer service hotline at 02-8888-1700
  8. The Cardholder acknowledges that the CTI application will be subject to evaluation and approval.**
  9. The Cardholder likewise acknowledges that the CTI application is based on his/her instructions and has no implication on his/her relationship with any establishment.
  10. Cardholder must allow at least five (5) banking days for the processing of the CTI application.
  11. Upon approval of the CTI application, the fixed monthly installment amount will be billed to the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account on his/her next and succeeding SOAs until the CTI availment is fully paid.
  12. A processing fee of Php 1,000 will be charged for each approved application. 
  13. EastWest has the sole discretion to approve or reject the Cardholder's CTI application and, if such application is denied, EastWest has no obligation to furnish the Cardholder a notice or reason for such rejection.  In case the CTI application is denied, applicable finance charges, if any, shall be imposed.
  14. The Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account must be active and current.  Should the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account be suspended, cancelled, or not renewed or should the Cardholder fail to make payments or otherwise breach or violate the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards, all unpaid CTI availments, as well as the entire outstanding balance in the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account, shall immediately become due and demandable.  
  15. In case of partial payment by the Cardholder of the installment amount, the unpaid balance shall incur the usual finance charges imposed on revolving accounts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.  
  16. If the Cardholder pays the installment amount in full per month but has an outstanding or revolving balance on his/her previous/other purchases, said installment amount under the program shall likewise incur finance charges. 
  17. Any and all finance charges already imposed upon the Cardholder's total outstanding balance or any part thereof to be converted into installment, whether the same consists of the Cardholder's previous balance and/or new purchases/transactions, will not be adjusted, refunded or credited back to the Cardholder upon approval of the CTI application.
  18. In case of pre-termination, the Cardholder agrees to pay an Installment Pre-termination Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher.
  19. The Cardholder may cancel or pre-terminate his/her CTI application without being charged or imposed a pre-termination fee if the cancellation or pre-termination is made within two (2) banking days from date of application.
  20. This promo offer is non-transferable.
  21. The Cardholder shall continue to be bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards which are incorporated herein by reference and of which he/she was furnished copies by EastWest, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the CTI Promo.
  22. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest.  The decisions of EastWest on all matters relating to the promo shall be final and binding with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). 

II. Enjoy a KrisFlyer Elite Gold (KFEG) status match with your EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer  Platinum or World Mastercard when you spend a minimum of Php 150,000 on Singapore Airlines tickets

  1. Offer is valid for customers who are EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum and World Mastercard cardholders with a minimum spending of at least Php 150,000 on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets in a single receipt, and charged to the EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard.
  2. Purchase must be made from 13 February 2025 to 5 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”) with eligible travel period from 15 February – 30 June 2025 through any booking channel including singaporeair.com, the SingaporeAir mobile app, and SIA-accredited travel agencies.
  3. Offer is not valid for existing KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members.
  4. Eligible customers seeking status match must contact EastWest at EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Service at (632) 8888-1700 by 3 May 2025 and provide his/her own SIA e-ticket or service invoice, amounting to at least Php150,000 worth of SIA tickets. Eligible customers who contact EastWest after 3 May 2025 will not be eligible for this promotion.
  5. Eligible customers will be upgraded to the KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership tier within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotional Period.
  6. KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership shall be valid for one (1) year from date of upgrade. Requalification is based on standard requalification terms under the KrisFlyer programme.   7. Eligible customers who were upgraded to KrisFlyer Elite Gold in this offer and cancel their qualifying air tickets before traveling, will have their KrisFlyer Elite Gold status revoked.

These terms and conditions govern the Kris+ Sign-Up Bonus (the “Promotion”) organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”). This Promotion will be carried out on the Kris+ mobile application (“Kris+ App”).

  1. Promotion is valid for customers during the Singapore Airlines Unforgettable Getaways campaign with EastWest from 13 February to 5 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”), and are new Kris+ users only.
  2. This Promotion is applicable to KrisFlyer member, who have completed an Eligible Kris+ Sign Up (defined in clause 6 below) during the Promotional Period (“Participant”).
  3. To get the SGD8 worth of KrisPay miles, a Participant simply must follow these steps:
    • Step 1 – Download the Kris+ Mobile App via Google Play or Apple Store or scan the QR code found in bit.ly/SQPHGetaways to download 
    • Step 2 – Sign in using your KrisFlyer account details. If Participant does not have a KrisFlyer account, click on the “Sign up for KrisFlyer account” button
    • Step 3 – Complete the KrisFlyer registration through Kris+ Mobile App.
    • Step 4 – During the Participant’s the first login to the Kris+ Mobile App, key in promo code KPPHGETAWAYS25 in the Kris+ referral code box. Participant will be instantly credited with the sign-up reward in their Kris+ Mobile App. 
  4. There is no spend required to avail of this offer.
  5. Offer is not valid for existing Kris+ Mobile App users.
  6. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, an “Eligible Kris+ Sign Up” is when a  KrisFlyer member logs into the Kris+ app for the first time, during the promotional period, and successfully inputs the referral code KPPHGETAWAYS25 when prompted with the referral code field during the first login process.
  7. The SGD8 worth of KrisPay miles (equivalent to 1,200 KrisPay miles) (“Sign-Up Bonus Miles”) will be awarded to each Participant who successfully completes an Eligible Kris+ Sign-Up during the Promotional Period. Sign-Up Bonus Miles will be credited into the Participant’s Kris+ Mobile App when the Participant successfully inputs the referral code KPPHGETAWAYS25 when prompted with the referral code field during their first Kris+ login/wallet creation. Such KrisPay miles can be used when in Singapore at more than 1,600 partner outlets in dining, retail and attractions and shall be valid for 6 months from the date of credit, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted.
  8. For avoidance of doubt, any KrisFlyer member who has logged in to the Kris+ App outside of the Promotional Period or did not input the referral code KPPHGETAWAYS25 will not be eligible for any Sign-Up Bonus Miles under this Kris+ Sign-Up Promotion.
  9. KrisPay miles credited into the Participant’s KrisPay account can only be used within the Kris+ App and cannot be transferred into any KrisFlyer account. KrisPay miles are also non-transferable to other Kris+ accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant:

    a. agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions, and the Kris+ Terms and Conditions (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”) and

    b. agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her KrisFlyer membership number) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of organizing the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of each Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/.

  11. Non-compliance with or breach of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any Sign-Up Bonus Miles won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
  12. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
  13. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
