The promo is open to EastWest Visa credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest Visa credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Visa credit cards.

2. Use promo code: VISA10000 to get JPY 10,000 OFF and promo code: VISA5 to get 5% OFF. Both coupons are applicable to most accommodations on Rakuten Travel, excluding some accommodations due to their policies. 

3. This Coupon is applicable for users with a Rakuten membership. 

4. This Coupon is applicable to bookings whose check-out date falls on or before December 31, 2026. 

5. This Coupon cannot be combined with the Welcome 10% Off coupon. 

6. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking. 

7. This Campaign may be terminated or amended without notice. 

8. The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice. 

9. In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.

4. This promotion is only available to users of mobile app/official website/mobile website. Promo codes are only valid when payment is made in USD.

6. Visa coupons/offers are only applicable to hotels and air tickets. 

7. Visa offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Each eligible Trip.com member will be eligible to use the offer five times during the Promotion Period. 

8. The pre-discount price is the full price of the selected room type/flights, which may differ from the price published by hotels/airlines/other entities or the standard retail price. 

9. Different room types/flight tickets may have different cancellation policies. Please carefully read the cancellation policies for the specific room type/flight/other products before you book. 

10. If the booking that the promo code was applied to fails, is cancelled, or is not paid for within the stipulated time frame, the promo code will be automatically returned to your account. It will then be available for use during the promotion period it was issued in, as long as you previously added the promo code to your Trip.com account. 

11. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
