Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to EastWest JCB credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.

2. EastWest JCB Platinum cardholders can get a max. Php 200 discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 500 when they use their EastWest JCB Platinum credit card on the Grab app.

3. EastWest JCB Gold cardholders can get a max. Php 150 discount for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 500 when they use their EastWest JCB Gold credit card on the Grab app.

4. To avail of the offer, open the Grab app and proceed with the following steps:

a. Sign up or Log in

b. Tap “Food” on the home screen

c. Choose from the available restaurants

d. Place an order worth P500 and above and checkout

e. Enter promo code“JCBPLEX” for Platinum Cardholder or “JCBCHOOSEDAY” for Gold and Classic Cardholders

f. Click “Place Order”

g. Pay with the respective JCB Credit Card.
 

5. The promo offer is open to new and existing Grab customers.

6. Promo code valid for one-time redemption every Tuesday per JCB Credit Card per Grab

account.

7. Promo code is only applicable for delivery transactions at GrabFood for Japanese Restaurants only.

8. The promo codes and vouchers are subject to Grab’s Terms and Conditions.

9. The discount will be applied to the total bill before taxes and service charges.

10. The promotion cannot be combined or availed of in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and merchandise directly offered by the merchant.

11. In case of disputes such as, but not limited to cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments etc., JCB's decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder's eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by JCB with concurrence of DTI.

12. The use of the EastWest JCB Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the EastWest JCB Credit Card.
