Promo Mechanics
- The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
- Promo period is from October 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
- Credit Cardholders must pay using his/her qualified EastWest credit card during the promo period to avail of the offer.
- Booking period: October 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025
- Stay period: October 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025
- The promo is not valid during peak season:
- December 24, 2024 to January 5, 2025
- January 24, 2025 to February 2, 2025

- Rates include room accommodation and buffet breakfast only. Extra bed with breakfast charge at 2,000.00 per person.
- Children aged 0-11 years old may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with adults. A maximum of 2 children per room is permitted. However, children aged 7-11 years old will incur a 50% charge for breakfast.
- Booking at least 24 hours prior arrival at the hotel is required.

- At least 50% payment is required to guarantee the booking. Limited rooms are available, subject to room availability.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
- Issues related to the Mandarin Nest Boracay transactions should be directed to and will be resolved by Mandarin Nest Boracay.
- EastWest makes no representation for Mandarin Nest Boracay and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
- By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

- Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Mandarin Nest Boracay shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
