Promo Mechanics
1. The EastWest Lifestyle Giveaway Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary EastWest Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*, active, and current at the time of the raffle draw up to the time of awarding of the raffle prize(s). Purchases made by the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted under the Principal Cardholder.
2. The promo period is from April 15 to August 14, 2025.
3. There will be Eighty (80) winners during the promo period:
- 20 winners of a Spa Staycation at Crimson Boracay for 2
- 20 winners of a Spa Staycation at Crimson Mactan for 2
- 20 winners of a Golf stay and Play at Mimosa
- 20 vouchers for a Quest Tagaytay Staycation
4. Cardholders shall earn e-raffle entries for a Php1,000 minimum single-receipt straight or installment (principal amount) spend transacted from 12:00 AM of April 15, 2025 until 11:59 PM of August 14, 2025.

5. Transactions qualified to earn raffle entries shall include straight/retail or merchant installment transactions, online purchases, mail/telephone order transactions, Quick Bills and auto charged transactions enrolled directly with merchants.
6. The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries:
- Quasi-cash, gaming, gambling, online trading and other related transactions
- Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Cash advances
- Insta-Cash and Balance Transfer
- Balance Conversions and Convert-to-Installment transactions
- Finance charges and all other fees & charges
7. Prior to each raffle draw, an SMS notification on earned raffle entries will be sent to qualified Cardholders via the mobile number registered on his/her EastWest credit card account.
8. Winners will be drawn via elecronic raffle using Random.org on the following dates at the EastWest Corporate Center, The Beaufort, 5th Avenue cor. 23rd St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, in the presence of EastWest Bank and DTI representatives.

9. E-raffle entries earned per Spend Period are qualified to win during the assigned Raffle Draw date. Non-winning e-raffle entries earned in the previous Spend Period are not carried over and not qualified to win in the succeeding Monthly Raffle Draw.
10. Crimson/Quest/Mimosa Staycation vouchers will be sent to the winners’ EastWest registered address via courier.
11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Staycation vouchers per Crimson/Quest/Mimosa property shall apply. For booking concerns, cardholders may send an email or call via the following contact details:

12. A Cardholder can only win once. Winners will be notified via the cardholder’s registered mobile number and email address, and/or through a registered mail notification of their winning, and shall be given until 60 days upon receipt of notification to claim the raffle prize. The validity of the prize shall be one year from the date of claiming.
13. Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), a copy of a valid government-issued ID, and a signed Winner Acknowledgement Form, which must be submitted to EastWest via e-mail to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com within five (5) days from receipt of the SMS or email notification from EastWest. By participating in this promo, winners provide their consent to process their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.
14. In the event the winner does not meet any of the requirements stated in item 11 (TIN, valid government issued ID, signed Acknowledgement Form), EastWest Bank reserves the right to select another winner with approval of DTI.
15. The winner authorizes EastWest Bank to disclose and publish his/her name, photos, and other particulars determined by EastWest Bank, and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on EastWest’s official website, social media pages, and/or electronic direct mailer. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest Bank may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo and if so, such winners must attend the said functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winner.
16. The raffle prizes are transferable to first degree family members and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.
17. Raffle prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% withholding tax to be shouldered by EastWest.
18. In case of a transfer, the winner must surrender a certified letter indicating the complete name of the person to whom he/she is transferring the prize package to. The transferee of the prize package should provide and comply with the same documentary requirements, and comply with the deadline of document submission.
19. The winning transaction must not be under dispute or reversed at the time of the draw and upon claiming of the prize.
20. Employees of EastWest, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
21. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.
22. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free EastWest from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of EastWest. EastWest shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, EastWest shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
23. In case of cardholder disputes regarding the promo mechanics, EastWest’s decision shall prevail with concurrence with DTI.
24. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.
25. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
26. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
