EasyWay Online Peso Time Deposit Promo

1. The EasyWay Online Time Deposit Promo (“Promo”) will run until February 28, 2025 (“Promo Period”).

2. Promo is available to EastWest deposit customers (“Customers”) with a valid EastWest Peso checking and/or savings account enrolled in EasyWay.

3. To avail of the promo, Customer must book an Online Time Deposit (“Online TD”) within the Promo Period via the EasyWay mobile app or web version subject to the following:

• Amount of placement: Php 100,000 to Php 1,000,000

• Term: 90 days (“Term”)

4. The Online TD account opened and deemed qualified to avail of the Promo will earn 5% p.a interest rate ("Promo Rate") inclusive of the 0.25% online TD bonus interest rate and subject to withholding tax of 20%

5. Qualified Online TD accounts that will roll-over at the end of the Term will earn interest based on prevailing Peso time deposit board rates at the time of roll-over plus 0.25% online TD bonus interest rate. Please refer to https://www.eastwestbanker.com/rates for the updated board rates.

6. Qualified Online TD accounts must complete the Term to enjoy the Promo Rate.

7. Pre-terminated Online TD accounts will be subject to standard pre-termination fees and charges.

8. In case of dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promo, the decision of EastWest with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry ("DTI") will be final.
