EasyWay Raffle Promo

Promo Duration: October 22, 2024 – January 15, 2025

1. The EasyWay Raffle Promo (the “Promo”) is open to all retail customers of EastWest.

2. The following transactions made on EasyWay entitles the customer to earn raffle entries:

3. The raffle draw will be held on February 12, 2025, at the EastWest Bank Head Office at Beaufort, 5th Avenue corner 23rd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, at 10:00am in the presence of a DTI representative. Below is the list of prizes and the number of winners.

4. A customer may only win once.

5. Winners must keep their deposit or credit card account, associated with winning, active and in good standing to claim the prize.

6. The prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other kind of reward.

Notification and Announcement of Winners

7. Winners will be notified through their registered contact details with EastWest including registered mail.

8. Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice. Unclaimed prizes after the 60- day period will be forfeited upon prior approval by the DTI.

9. The list of winners will also be announced on the bank's official social media account (Facebook: https://web.facebook.com/EastWestBanker) and corporate website (https://www.eastwestbanker.com/).

10. Claiming of non-digital prizes will be at the nearest EastWest store to the winner. Claiming of digital prizes will be by the customer and process of claiming will be sent together with the notification. Winners of digital prizes need to have a valid email address with the bank to claim their prize. Winners of non-digital prizes must present the letter of notification and their government valid ID to claim their prize.

11. The prize taxes, as applicable, shall be for the account of EastWest.

12. By participating in the promo, all winners give EastWest Bank their consent to mention his/her name as a raffle winner of the promo and the right to use his/her photo, if needed, in any advertising material related to the promo.

13. All questions or disputes regarding the Customer’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo, including, but not limited to, EastWest retail customers’ eligibility for the Promo, the decision of EastWest with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

14. EastWest employees including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

15. The Promo terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
