A. Terms and Conditions – Astoria Current, Astoria Boracay, Astoria Palawan, Astoria Plaza, and Astoria Greenbelt

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Elite credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
  2. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless specified otherwise.
  3. Payment must be made using an eligible EastWest Elite credit card (Titanium, Platinum, World, and Infinite credit cards) to avail of the offer.
  4. Booking period: August 1, 2024 to June 14, 2025
  5. Stay period: August 1, 2024 to October 15, 2025
  6. The promo is not valid during peak season:
    • Christmas and New Year Season: December 23, 2024 to January 2, 2025
    • Chinese New Year: January 27 to February 2, 2025
    • Holy Week: April 17 to 20, 2025

  1. Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.
  2. There is no minimum length of stay required.
  3. All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
  4. Standard check-in time for Astoria Current, Astoria Boracay, and Astoria Palawan is 2:00 PM, while standard check-in time for Astoria Plaza and Astoria Greenbelt is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time for all properties is 12:00 PM. Request for early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability.
  5. Prior reservation is required, and the guest shall be duly informed in advance if his/her desired booking period is unavailable. The guest may choose to book during a different alternate available period.
  6. All guests must provide copies of their government-issued IDs prior to entry to the hotel premises.
  7. Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash or gift certificates, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
  8. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  9. Offer includes room accommodation, breakfast, and hotel taxes only. There will be no service charge fee implemented.
  10. Other expenses incurred, such as room upgrades, will be charged to the guests’ accounts.
  11. Extra night(s) is allowed and will be charged to the cardholder's account based on the promo rate per night and must be paid in full at the time of check-in using an EastWest Bank credit card.
  12. To avail of the promo, cardholders must send an email or call with their complete information via the following contact details:
  1. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of EastWest Bank, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.
  2. In case of cancellation due to force majeure and pandemic travel restrictions imposed by the government, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months. This is subject to room availability.
  3. Full payment is required at the time of booking using an eligible EastWest credit card.
  4. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of PHP 1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.
  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on DTI-approved promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  6. The Astoria Group reiterates that EastWest Bank must secure prior approval from the former for any marketing collateral to be released in any medium in relation to the partnership. Further, EastWest Bank must comply with the following:

    a. Usage of published rates as a basis to calculate discount percentages is not allowed.
    b. Discount percentages cannot be included in the marketing materials.


Failure on the part of EastWest Bank to comply with the above-mentioned provision, shall be deemed as breach of contract, and EastWest Bank shall be liable for applicable damages, without prejudice to other legal remedies available for The Astoria Group.

  1. Issues related to the Astoria transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Astoria.
  2. EastWest makes no representation for Astoria and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
  3. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

  5. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
  6. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Astoria shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

H. Terms and Conditions – Café Astoria

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Elite credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
  2. Cardholders will enjoy 10% off on lunch buffet, dinner buffet, a la carte dishes, and room service at Café Astoria at Astoria Plaza for a minimum single-receipt spend of P1,000 and a maximum single-receipt purchase of PHP 10,000.
  3. Payment must be made using an eligible EastWest Elite credit card (Titanium, Platinum, World, and Infinite credit cards) to avail of the offer.
