FREE Lasik Screening at Shinagawa

The promo is open to EastWest JCB Platinum credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.

Promo runs until December 31, 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. EastWest JCB Platinum credit cardholders may enjoy FREE Lasik Screening at Shinagawa Lasik BGC, Makati, and Ortigas branch every Monday to Thursday only. 

2. Cardholders must present their EastWest JCB credit card and inform the Shinagawa Lasik staff that they’ll avail of the offer. 

3. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise stated. 

4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval. 

5. The use of the EastWest JCB Platinum credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the EastWest JCB Platinum credit card.
