1. The EastWest and Vida Yoga Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest debit, prepaid and credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.​

2. Promo runs from November 5 , 2024 to November 4, 2025. ​

3. The Cardholder must book the Vida Yoga classes and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified   EastWest debit, prepaid or credit or debit card to avail of these offers:​

     a. 15% DISCOUNT for Vida Yoga's UNLIMITED packages​

     b. BIRTHDAY FREE TRIAL class for EastWest cardholders on their birthday month​

4. To avail of the offers, Cardholders can book at the following:​

     a. To enjoy the 15% discount,​

     i. Book directly at Vida Yoga’s website at www.vidayogaph.com and input the EastWest15 discount code in the “Enter your coupon here” field upon check out or​

     ii. Visit any of these Vida Yoga studios and present the EastWest card upon payment​

     b. To avail of the BIRTHDAY FREE TRIAL class, cardholders need to present a valid ID along with their EastWest debit, prepaid or credit card.​

5. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of EastWest Bank, in-house promotions of Vida Yoga or any government mandated discounts such as Senior Citizen Discounts or Persons with Disability.​

6. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.​

7. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.​

8. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWestDebit, Prepaid and Credit Cards shall apply.​

9. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Vida Yoga shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.​

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose debit and prepaid card accounts are active and funded, or whose credit card accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest debit/prepaid cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise violated any of the ‘Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Debit/Prepaid/Credit Cards’​
