Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Acquisition & Usage Raffle Promo (the “Promo”) shall run from April 22, 2025 to July 31, 2025.

2. Cardholders are entitled to earn raffle entries based on the Transaction Mechanics in item 3 below and that: 

  • Card Application Period: April 22 to July 31, 2025
  • Spend Period: April 28 to October 31, 2025

3. Qualified cardholders will get a chance to win:

4. Qualified cardholders may earn e-raffle entries through:

  • Acquisition promo shall run from April 22 to July 31, 2025 (“Card Application Period”)
  • Application must be approved by EastWest within the Card Application Period.
  • Applicable to newly approved and qualified principal EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa cardholder who:
    • Have applied and submitted complete application requirements within the Card Application Period.
    • Do not have a cancelled principal credit card issued by EastWest Bank and have not had one in the last six (6) months prior to the Card Application Period.
  • All qualified approved applicants will be auto registered in the raffle.
  • Valid for card application across all EastWest Bank acquisition channels.
  • Applicable to any EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Credit Card application only.
Two (2) e-raffle entries when you use your EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Credit Card in Puregold
  • Transaction period shall be from April 28 to October 31, 2025 (“Spend Period”)
  • Valid for transactions made in Puregold, Puregold Jr., and Minimart Convenience Stores regardless of amount.
One (1) e-raffle entry when you use your EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Credit Card in other merchants
  • Transaction period shall be from April 28 to October 31, 2025 (“Spend Period”)
  • Valid for transactions made in groceries (non-Puregold), department stores, gasoline stations, restaurant, local and international transactions regardless of amount.
  • Cash advance availments, Insta-Cash, Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Installment, Quick Bills transactions, fees and charges are not considered as qualified spend for the promo.

E-raffle entries earned by Supplementary Cardholders will be credited to the Principal Cardholder.

5. Prior to the draw, an SMS notification on earned e-raffle entries will be sent to qualified cardholders who have an updated mobile number with EastWest Bank.

6. E-raffle numbers will be computer-generated and the winner will be electronically drawn using Random.org.

7. There will be a total of One Hundred One (101) winners for this offer.

8. Winners will be drawn on November 14, 2025 using Random.org on the following dates at the EastWest Corporate Center at The Beaufort, 5th Avenue cor. 23rd St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in the presence of representatives of EastWest Bank, Puregold, and DTI.

9. The winning transactions should not be reversed or disputed transactions at the time of the raffle draw.

10. Raffle draw winners will be notified by EastWest Bank via Viber, SMS, and Electronic Mail.

11. The prize tax will be shouldered and paid for by EastWest Bank.

12. The raffle prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

13. EastWest Bank holds the right to certify whether or not the winning cardholder is an eligible Cardholder, and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.

14. The winners authorize EastWest Bank to disclose and publish his/her name, photos, and other particulars determined by EastWest Bank to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as EastWest Bank may deem appropriate. The winner may be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest Bank may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo and if so, such winner must attend the said functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winner.

15. All credit card applications shall be subject to EastWest Bank’s final approval and applicable terms and conditions. Applicants shall be notified of his or her credit card application approval via SMS or email.

16. EastWest Bank reserves the right to disqualify any EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit cardholder (“Cardholder”) from further participation in this Promo if the Cardholder is delinquent, defaults in his/her payment of their qualified transactions or, if in EastWest Bank’s judgment, the said Cardholder has violated these Terms & Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

17. All employees of EastWest Banking Corporation, EastWest Rural Bank, Puregold Pricing Club Inc., their advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

18. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption of prizes shall be resolved by EastWest Bank, at its discretion, with the concurrence of the DTI.

19. The use of the EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit card in connection with the Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

20. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account or Cardholder’s eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest’s 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700.

21. The Promo, Promo Mechanics and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
