EastWest Installment at Immaculate Conception Academy Greenhills

1. The credit card installment facility is open to all EastWest credit cardholders (”Cardholders”) in good credit standing. * 

2. Cardholders can avail of up to 12 months installment payment at Immaculate Conception Academy, Greenhills, San Juan on tuition, miscellaneous and other school fees. 

3. Installment payment can be availed at Immaculate Conception Academy, 10 Grant St. Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan City.

4. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card upon payment and must inform the registrar that they will avail of installment payment.

5. Cardholders can avail of the installment payment for up to 12 months at the following add-on rates: 

6. To compute for the monthly amortization, the Cardholder should multiply the loan amount by the Factor rate for the chosen term.

Example:             Loan amount: 150,000

                              Term: 12 months

                              Factor rate: 0.090833

                              Monthly amortization: 150,000 x 0.090833 = 13,625

7. The monthly add-on interest on installment offer shall apply provided that the Cardholders pay their total statement balance in full. **

8. All installment transactions are subject to EastWest’s credit authorization criteria upon payment for fees/services.

9. Terms and Conditions for Merchant Installment indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

10. By availing this offer, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Immaculate Conception Academy of San Juan Inc. shall be conclusive.  

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities,  those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

**Each fixed monthly installment forms part of the total statement balance. Should the Cardholder opt to pay only the minimum payment due, this would include only a percentage of the monthly installment, in which case an interest charge will be imposed in addition to the applicable interest due on the monthly installment.
