Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing.*
  2. Promo period is from February 16 to December 31, 2024.
  3. The promo entitles the Cardholders discount on all items at the FlowerStore app:

  1. Delivery areas for floral products: Metro Manila, Cainta, Taytay, and in selected areas in Antipolo, Cebu, and Davao. Please check FlowerStore.ph site FAQ for details.
  2. Discount will be on top of the in-house promotions offered by FlowerStore.ph. Valid for all products except Flash Sale.
  3. The promo code must be used upon checkout. The Cardholder must use his/her EastWest Credit or Debit Card to avail himself/herself of the offer.
  4. Discount can be availed multiple times during the promo period.
  5. To avail of the promo, Cardholders must follow these steps:
    • Go to the FlowerStore.ph app
    • Choose items you would like to avail
    • Choose personal message, delivery address, time, and date, and introduce the voucher code in the “Enter Coupon Code” box
    • Complete payment and wait for delivery
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, other promotional certificates, and any other marketing tie-up programs or promotions.
  7. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, gift certificates, or other goods and services.
  8. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
  9. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
  10. For promo related concerns and inquiries, cardholder may contact FlowerStore.ph at (02) 8539- 1488 or they may send email to contact@flowerstore.ph.
  11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and FlowerStore.ph shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

 

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
