Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from April 15 to November 30, 2024. Stay period is from April 18 to December 15, 2024. Offers are not valid on the following blackout dates: May 23-24, 2024 (rooms).
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of these offers:

• 25% off on Best Available Rates on Studio Executive or One Bedroom Executive (valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights)
• 40% off on breakfast buffet (valid daily) and lunch buffet (valid on weekdays) at The Nostalgia Bar & Lounge (min. of 5, max. of 10 persons)
• 30% on a la carte menu with a minimum spend of Php 4,000 and maximum discount of Php 3,000 at The Nostalgia Bar & Lounge (valid on weekday dinner and weekend lunch & dinner)

4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with  Joy ̴Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive room offer. The Cardholder will guarantee the reservation through a Credit Card Authorization Form and settle his/her payment upon check in.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at Joy ̴Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.
6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
9. Joy ̴Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
10. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Joy ̴Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
