1. The promo is open to EastWest JCB Platinum credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB Platinum credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB Platinum credit cards.
2. EastWest JCB Platinum cardholders can get Extra Php 500 OFF for a minimum spend of Php 5,000 on selected designer brands on the ZALORA app or website with promo code: JCBPLEX.
3. To avail of the offer, open the ZALORA app or website and proceed with the following steps:
   1. Shop at https://www.zalora.com.ph/ or on the mobile app and reach the minimum spend requirement for the promos.
   2. Input the JCB Platinum Credit Card Number on the checkout page.
   3. Use the applicable promo codes:
      • JCB Platinum Experience Promo – “JCBPLEX”
4. The promo offer is open to new and existing ZALORA customers.
5. The discount and vouchers are subject to ZALORA’s Terms and Conditions.
6. In case of disputes such as, but not limited to cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments etc., JCB's decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder's eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by JCB with concurrence of DTI.
7. The use of the EastWest JCB Platinum Credit Card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the EastWest JCB Platinum Credit Card.
