JCB Lounges

The promo is open to EastWest JCB credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB credit cards.

JCB Plaza Lounge

1. Some services may be handled or provided by local travel agencies. We make reservations only for JCB's affiliated stores.

2. You may be able to pick up emergency replacement cards at some JCB PLAZA locations. Please contact the company that has issued your card for further details.

3. Some items may not be accepted including valuables and vouchers.

4. There may be times when we are unable to accept luggage or will have to limit the amount of luggage that we can accept, due to congestion.

LoungeKey Service

1. Visit JCB-selected lounges at www.loungekey.com/jcb17/ 

2. Inform the lounge staff that you would like to use the LoungeKey™ service.

3. Show your JCB Platinum Card and your boarding pass together.

• This privilege only applies to JCB Platinum cardmembers and cannot be transferred to others

• Your boarding pass or flight ticket must be in the same name as your card

4. The lounge staff will swipe your card.

• When using one of the complimentary lounges, a credit limit of USD 1 will be held to verify that your card is valid.

• This will be released after the end of the issuer hold period. (The hold period is determined by the issuer.)

• If you are using a debit card, a payment of USD 1 will be withdrawn from your bank account. This will then be refunded afterwards.

5. Enjoy the time before your departure.

• Food, drink and internet access are available in the JCB-selected lounges.

• Please note that the services provided in each lounge may differ.

   

You may still be charged for some services within the JCB-selected lounges.

Note: You will be charged USD 35 per head for any accompanying guests or exceeding your free usage allowance limits.

Please confirm the number of “guests” who are accompanying you. Cardmembers themselves are not counted as “guests” (e.g., if you are using the service alone, the number of “guests” is 0.) Please double-check the number of “guests” before signing up.

The card statement will show "LOUNGEKEY.COM" and the location of the transaction will be Hong Kong.

Charges for children will depend on the individual conditions of each lounge. Please check before using.
