Php 300 OFF on EastWest Saturdays at Shopee

1. Shopee’s Bank of the Day Promo ("Promotion”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Cardholders can enjoy Php300 off (“Offer”), with a minimum spend of Php 2,500 using their EastWest credit card.
3. The promotional offer is valid on the Shopee mobile application and for one-time use only per Cardholder from October 5 to December 28, 2024 (every Saturday only).
4. To avail of the Offer, Cardholders must follow these steps:
   • Shop using the Shopee mobile application.
   • Select the item you wish to purchase and click “BUY NOW”.
   • To proceed with checkout, enter your e-mail address and shipping details.
   • Click your preloaded voucher (check your voucher wallet) or enter promo code “EWBSAT” upon checkout.
   • Click “Select payment method” and choose “Credit/Debit Card” as option.
   • Select or add your EastWest Credit Card and click “Confirm”.
   • Offer will be automatically applied to your purchase upon checkout.
5. The promotional offer cannot be reapplied after a qualified order has been cancelled by the cardholder unless reason for cancellation is deemed valid upon investigation (e.g. delay in receipt of OTP).
6. The promotional offer is applicable for new and existing Shopee registered customers.
7. The promotional offer cannot be applied retroactively. Discount is non-transferable and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.
8. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified.
9. The promotional offer is only valid on preferred and Shopee Mall stores excluding products under the “Load, Bills, and eServices” categories.
10. The promotional offer is valid for orders to be delivered via integrated couriers.
11. By joining the Promotion(s), the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the Promotion(s)including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern or inquiry in relation to Shopee for the Promotion(s), Cardholders may contact Shopee’s Customer Service via In-app Chat Support/Help Center.  For concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account on Cardholder’s eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest’s 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
12. The use of different Shopee accounts to avail of the promotional offer multiple times is not allowed and shall be deemed fraudulent.
13. EastWest reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest Credit Card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.
14. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
15. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
16. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promotional offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shopee with the concurrence of the DTI.
17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promotion(s) shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promotion(s), the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
