PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from December 15, 2024 to October 30, 2025.
3. Credit cardholders can avail of the discount using their qualified EastWest Credit Card at the SHEIN mobile app (the “SHEIN App”) and/or on the SHEIN Philippines website (at https://ph.shein.com/) (the “SHEIN Website”):

4. To avail of the online offer, Cardholders must follow these steps:

• Shop using his/her SHEIN App and/or SHEIN Website account.
• Select the items you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”.
• Once finished, select “Credit Card” as Payment Method and input EastWest Bank credit card details.
• The discount will automatically be applied upon checkout.

5. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
6. The promo offer may only be availed once (1) per cardholder per payday / per pop-up event. Cardholders can shop across all participating merchants in one transaction and avail of the discount.
7. The use of different SHEIN accounts to avail of the Offer multiple times is not allowed and shall be deemed fraudulent.
8. EastWest reserves the right to charge the full cost of the discount redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest credit card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.
9. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, other promotional certificates, and any other marketing tie-up programs or promotions.
10. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, gift certificates, or other goods and services.
11. Shein reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo, or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at +63288881700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
13. Terms and Conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

14. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and SHEIN shall be conclusive (with the approval of DTI, if applicable).

     

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
