1. The EastWest Perks with Unioil (“Unioil”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders in good credit standing.*

2. The promo is from January 1 to December 31, 2024. 

3. The qualified cardholder must first inform the station personnel that he/she will avail of the EastWest-Exclusive promo and use his/her qualified EastWest credit card to pay for the transaction to enjoy the following discount per liter:

4. The promo is valid at Unioil stations that accept credit card transactions. 

5. A maximum of 3 transactions accumulative to 80 liters may be availed by a Cardholder per day. 

6. EastWest reserves the right to charge the full cost of the discount redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest credit card should his/her availment of the promo be found to be fraudulent. 

7. The promo offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance. 

8. Offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

9. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 10. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Unioil shall be conclusive with approval of DTI. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
