Win One Million cash credit at Puregold

Earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every P3,000 spend using your EastWest Credit Card at any Puregold branches and get a chance to win as much as Php1,000,000 Cash Credit.

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") in good credit standing* during the Promo Period and at the time of the raffle draw.
2. The promo period is from October 1 to December 31, 2024.
3. Cardholders earn e-raffle entries for every minimum single-receipt spend of Php3,000 made within the promo period at any Puregold branches.
4. E-raffle entries earned by Supplementary Cardholders will be credited to the Principal Cardholder.
5. Prior to the draw, an SMS notification on earned raffle entries will be sent to qualified Cardholders who have an updated mobile number with EastWest.
6. E-raffle numbers will be computer-generated and will be electronically drawn using Random.org.
7. There will be a total of 11 winners for this promo.
8. Winners will be drawn using Random.org on the following dates at the EastWest Corporate Center at The Beaufort, 5th Avenue cor. 23rd St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, in the presence of representatives of EastWest Bank, Puregold and DTI representatives.

9. A cardholder can only win once.
10. The winning transaction should not be a reversed or disputed transaction at the time of the raffle draw.
11. Raffle draw winners will be notified by EastWest Bank via Viber, SMS and Snail Mail.
12. The raffle prize Cash Credit will be automatically credited to the winning cardholder’s account within 30 days after the draw.
13. The prize tax will be shouldered and paid for by EastWest Bank.
14. The raffle prize is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
15. All employees of EastWest Banking Corporation, EastWest Rural Bank, its advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
16. EastWest Bank holds the right to certify whether or not the winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.
17. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700.
18. The winner authorizes EastWest Bank to disclose and publish his/her name, photos, and other particulars determined by EastWest Bank to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as EastWest Bank may deem appropriate. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest Bank may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo and if so, such winners must attend the said functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winner.
19. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
20. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
